Last week I purchased my domain that was deactivated. Somehow during that process, of reactivating my domain, I ended up with two Shopify account!
I received these notification/emails.
1. Your trial is extended for another 15 days (this was a pop-up message 3 days ago!)
2. Received an email that my account is now paused on Nov 28.
Where can I go in my admin to rectify this? Or perhaps you can help.

When you bought the domain, was the domain purchased on the correct store/account? If so, then I'd recommend clicking this recovery store link and enter your email address. From there, you will be sent an automated email with all of the stores listed with that email address, and you should be able to access the account and close it. You can close a store easily by selecting Settings > Plans and permissions > Sell/Close my store > Close my store as mentioned in this guide.
