URGENT CART ERROR: THEME BROOKLYN

If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Im loosing many sales because my cart page look extremely crazy. I know it would be custom code but is there anyway to make this more better looking on MOBLIE and remove the dynamic shop button on the cart.
