Unable to Customize my Theme

Hi,

I’ve tried customizing my theme but I’m unable to. When I click on customize, the page just remains blank. I at first thought it was my browser am then I downloaded the app and tried customizing there but I’m still unable to customize it cause it’s blank. I’ve attached a picture of how it looks like every time I try to customize my theme.

Can you try doing this on your laptop/computer and see if your experience is better.

Thanks for getting back to me. It works on my laptop. But it’s weird cause it used to work on my phone every time I signed in through the website or the app. Would you know the reason why I’m having this issue?

I'm not sure. Sometimes mobile apps/sites are designed with less functionality. Or maybe Shopify or your browser may have changed somehting.
