Using Different Product Templates

Hello! 

I am attempting to change the customization options on our store for one product only. The issue is that I can't seem to filter the product out to keep the additional engraving options available. There is an "engraving snippet" that has all of the engraving options. I've been able to edit the changes for the overarching store but an't figure out how to just edit one product by itself. I've tried creating a new product template and replacing the product.form liquid with a snippet with the correct engraving options but it isn't rendering properly. Any tips?

You want to use an alternate template then you can assign it on a per product basis in each products admin.
