Using Edelweiss/Above the Treeline with Shopify bookstore

Hi,

I'm working with a bookstore to switch over their online store to shopify. The biggest drawback to using shopify is entering product automatically. They use Edelweiss/Above the Treeline to sync their book data - because entering 100 plus books daily individually is insane. I was wondering if there are any applications available to sync this information. Or syncing with iPage (Ingram's database)?

What platform they are using for their current online store?

Right now they use Drupal for the online site, but it isn't synced with the store's inventory. They are hoping to have one system (Shopify) that will handle inventory, pos and website sales. I'm just trying to figure out if that is doable. I'm gathering information because I use shopify with my own store.
