Variant Display on Seperate Product Pages

Hello, Im not sure if there is an add-on that can achieve this or not but im trying to display one of my products with a drop down and the other with a side by side list. I see one website do it but I have zero clue on how I can get this done. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

Na lastly, I have an "upload image feature" but its so close to the "add to cart button". Is there a way I can add some space between the 2 buttons? Thanks for any help.drop downlist view
