Variant not clickable if out of stock?

Hi Guys

If a customer clicks on one of my variants in my product page, then i would like it to show as back in stock soon - but instead, the variant is not clickable.

Does anyone know why this might happen?

Hi! I have the same question. Have you found a solution? I would love my out of stock variants to be clickable in order to allow customers to activate a product alert.
