Variant to automatically default to one option

Hi There,

I have three questions that I need some support on. 

QUESTION 1

We sell artwork on our website and some artwork requires multiple variants and therefore different sizes. 

However, we also have originals listed on our website - where the is; one size, one variant and one price. 

The problem with Shopify is it still requires the customer to select the variant even though there is only one option - its confusing at checkout because if the variant isn't clicked on it will show up as UNAVAILABLE.

Is there a way to make this product type defaulted to the one variant as soon as the customer clicks ORIGINAL? And therefore the price will come up and it won't say UNAVAILABLE?

We also have one ORIGINAL (A Powerful Message) that we would like to add text instead of a Price.  Is this possible to change this option just for this product type?

QUESTION 2

We have a signup prompt when new customers come to our website - is there a way we can find the link to this prompt?  We can't find it - we would like to automatically add this to our marketing email campaign - but we can't find how to add the link to our campaigns.

QUESTION 3

On our contact page we have a phone number and email address. We want our customers to be able to click on the phone number (when they are on their mobile phone) so it becomes a live link and a phone call or email can come up automatically from the Contact Us page?
