Website view for phone

Hi Shopify Community, 

I have a questions regarding how pictures are shown on the desktop comparing to the mobile phone, I was wondering if you can use one photo for the desktop but use a different photo for the phone, because the photos that I am using, some looks great on the desktop, but once you look at it on the phone it is completely off, either too small or too big.

Can you also point out which photos are you referring to?  Product photos? Homepage sections and if yes, what sections?
