What could be the worst case scenario for a broken code/script?

Hi,

Let's say I plug in the script/code and it doesn't work, and lets say everything gets messed up on the checkout pages, would I be able to reverse it by simply deleting the code/script? What could be the worst case scenario?

Can someone verify this code for me? It's going to be inserted inside my google analytics section and it's supposed to modify the checkout pages. Can someone please help verify the code?

Best,

Iakov

That link leads to a file not found page. Anyway, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to just remove the code to revert the changes. You can always set up a partner account and make a test store to see how it effects it.

If you'd like to make any edits to your store, please send me a personal message and we can discuss what you'd like to accomplish :D

Haha, well that code is pretty impossible to read. It's minified, but even after unminifying it all the varaible names are super vague. I don't know enough about javascript to really be able to tell you what it does. What is it supposed to do? Like I said, I'd recommend checking it on a developer store before putting it in your live store. You may also be sure that whatever you're trying to do isnt violating Shopify's terms, because you are not supposed to be able to edit the checkout page unless you're a Plus member, which is mostly for security reasons if I'm not mistaken.
