Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
The white on my banner jpgs is not crisp white but a very dirty light grey. I've tried to change the overlay box to white but it lightens the image and makes the blacks milky. I want the black to be black and the white to be white. It's being altered on uploading to the site.
How do I upload an image and maintain the integrity?
I'm using the Pipeline theme. Not sure if it's a Shopify issue or Group Thought.
Thank you

sorry, i can't see an issue if possible to provide a screenshot?
Notice the white of the FASTLAB logo center, and the white below the image. It seamlessly blends into the body of this email.
The white type in the jpgs, however is a dirty white. More light grey. It's white when I made the jpg. Only grey after uploading to Shopify.
Does that make sense?

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.
this code apply for after 5 - 6 second
.hero-fixed-width::before {display: none;}
Hi Again,
When you said between the "5-6 second" do you mean the 5-6 line number. Sorry I don't speak code language. If that is what you meant, I copied it onto the line "6" and saved it and previewed and sadly it is still grey. 😞
