Why is the image size from desktop not change when going on mobile DEBUT THEME

Hi there

When I go from Desktop to Mobile, the banner (image with text overlay) doesn't resize and as a result you cant see most of the picture.

Ideally, it would be best to change the image to one that fits mobiles, but if this is not possible can you help with fixing what the picture shows on mobile.

please Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code then go to Asset->/theme.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

I have checked the website and this issue is fixed there but many other issues are showing in mobile layouts, please let me know if you want to fix those.
