I have been using Woocommerce for years and decided to give Shopify a go. The one thing that makes it so much better for customers is the ability to create an account at checkout. The account is automatically created with their details and all they have to do is add a password, or you can create an account automatically and they can change the password from the email they receive.
Why doesn't Shopify have this option? It seems a bit counterproductive. This is the one change that improved my entire checkout process and eliminated a lot of customer support issues. 99% of my customers create an account at checkout.
Another reason I believe this is something that should be implemented is I have only been on Shopify for a short time and already looking at my tracking data I can see many customers purchase then after they purchase go through the entire process of creating an account. Why make it hard for customers to create an account?
