You May Also Like Carousel Animation

Hi

I have a 'You May Also Like' section underneath my product pages (see screenshot below) and was wondering if there is a way I can make this interactive by having it as an animated carousel to make it stand out better, and is there a way I can customise the you may also like products so I can choose what products are featured there.
