You can't add more items error message on product page

Hi.  I am having trouble with the error message on my product page when I try to add more quantities than available a huge red exclamation logo appears instead of it being on one line in small letters. debut theme. Please see attached.

so can you please download fresh theme then check again

HI, yes in the fresh them it doesn't do this.  But how can i fix the old theme?  Where would this modification be found in code?  Which file?
