boundless slider image desktop

Hello, I have two questions for you.
How can I fit the slider image to desktop view? It can be seen perfectly from a mobile phone, but from the desktop the lower part of the image is hidden.

I also want to move the menu above the sliders.
Now Shopifay doesn't allow me to move the action bar menu above the slider.
