debut Theme: ONLY Featured Collection full width and background color change

Hi there,

           Im trying since days now to change the

• width of ONLY featured collection in debut theme.
• I want the products to have padding of only 5 px across screan on both left and right side.
• I also want to change the background color of featured collection ONLY. I dont want to change the white background color of each product card, ONLY the whole featured collection portion.

Kindly help.

Please add following CSS code at the end of theme.scss.liquid

Great but I want to keep the background of the product cards same i.e white. Only the background of the space where all products are displaying in featured collection lets say grey or anyother color.

Basically, i want the effect in the attached pic with grey background. No left and right border on screen for featured collection only

Like this. but with that I want only the featured collection to be full width not the whole page. No left or right padding or space. Much thanks  for the help.
