Hi there Bob!

Adam here from Shopify.

There are a few ways to go about it depending on what exactly you are wanting to accomplish.

You can try to add some CSS and change the height of the slideshow which would reduce the size.

To do this log into your admin and click Online store > Themes, then click the button that looks like 3 dots [ ... ] and select Edit HTML/CSS.

You will then see a file list on the left hand side. Find the folder that says Assets, and select theme.scss.liquid.

Add the following to the bottom of the file:

.hero--full-height {
 max-height: 500px;
}

That should do the trick.

You of course can change "500" to whatever number you would like.

Let me know if you have any troubles, or add something else in mind!

Take care :)

Did you ever figure out how to resize some of your images for your slideshow?

In slideshow.liquid under Sections, I reduced the 'assign max_width and 'assign max_height to 500px and it reduced the images. Hope that helps.
