mobile view

My laptop cover photo looks great, but on mobile, half of the image is cropped off.  How do I fix the mobile cover photo to resize properly? I'm using the Debut theme I looked into it and apparently, there is a new update that allows you to resize the image which I can't seem to do on mine so I'm pretty sure I don't have the updated if there's any way to solve this please help. Many thanks :))
