First of all, I can't believe I can't access support any longer. Can't even find chat support. Should I just move to another platform?
Secondly-my issue:
I have a product template for this item: I cannot sell it online due to manufacturer rules but can advertise prices. It should not allow you to purchase by placing in cart. But somehow someone just recently purchased. Any ideas? I am probably going to have to change template to "no price" or "negative inventory" temporarily to make sure no one can purchase. But, please let me know if there are partner sites that may allow the product to be purchased or there is some glitch in the system. any help would be greatly appreciated.
