"Add to cart" button on Hover - Simple theme

I am using the "Simple" theme and I would like to add a quick add to cart button that shows when you hover over the thumbnail. Is this doable at all?

Hi Tyler,
Thank you for your response! Could you please give me a hand?
I had tried adding a code in the product-card.liquid section but it was showing the button under the thumbnails and affecting the look of my grid, so if that button could just be shown when hovering over the products, it would be perfect. Thank you!
