"Shop by Category" Hidden on one Collection page

Hi, we have a bit of code hiding a category filter on specifically one of our collection pages which I'd like to change to instead hide the brand filter on that same page.

To clarify, here is the page in question (you may just catch the "Category" filter heading appear then disappear as the page loads):

And conversely, here's a page where it isn't hidden:

On the "aquariums" collection page, the "shop by collection" filter is hidden, where on the "lighting" page it isn't. I'd like to un-hide the "category" bit from the aquarium page and instead hide the "brand" filter - just on that collection page.

By my understanding, once I've located the Theme file the code's located in, I'll just need to change/move the lines of code hiding the "shop by category" to change the "shop by brand" filter heading (just for that collection page).

My issue is my knowledge of web coding is both very rudimentary and very rusty! I understand the most sensible thing would be to get the same developers who put in the code (and also set up our website) to move it for us, but they seem to think it's a much larger and more expensive job than I do!

Is it as simple as I think it is? And if feasible could somebody please point me to the Theme file it's likely located in (I understand that might be easier said than done but I'd greatly appreciate any insight!) and share any insight of what it might look like? From my quick look at "Inspecting" there's a "display: none" line involved somewhere but at this stage that's about all I have to go on!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, even if it's "just go back to the developers and get them to do it"!
