How to display a complete name instead of 'author' in a block setup?

Hi there! how do I set which field I show when I setup a BLOCK ... in the example I want to show the complete name of the person and not AUTHOR that is the name of the block.. thanks

I've checked and you've to put one id text field the id "title" so the block will use that name to show...
