streamline at 4th column for text column with image

I have been able to create a 4th column image but when i select the 4th image/column to be shown the spacing reverts to what seems to be 1 image ratio and the 4 images stack on top of each other instead of 4 columns. Can someone help?

I am working on it on a unpublished page so consumers are watching me play with layout while i build the new info page out. Please see the screenshots for what i am talking about. 

1) how it looks with the 3 columns

2) I have managed to get 4th column option but see spacing when selected 

I have adjusted both code for the section of text-and-image and the section specific to the section layout for the page i built but cant solve why it is not making a fourth horizontal column.
