Looking for some help and guidance. We have launched our e-commerce store in November at https://www.houseoftindale.com - it's been 3 months and we are hugely struggling with making sales. We believe we have good branding and a great marketing concept that offers value beyond our products. We get good engagement on social media and we receive raving testimonials from anyone who buys from us.
We may have looked at our presence too long - maybe it takes an outside perspective. What are we possibly doing wrong that not more sales are coming in?

Your website looks fantastic and congrats on the great reviews you seem to be getting.
At the end of the day, you're selling a luxury product (or a mid-lower tier product within the luxury vertical). It's a tough game, and convincing people to drop that kind of cash with you vs. a bigger name competitor can be difficult.
You're touting a higher-quality product than what big name brands offer at that price, so maybe put in more copy specifically around that point, particularly at the product page level.
I think more lifestyle photos on the product pages would also be a good start - showing the bags on arm, as part of outfits, by themselves in lifestyle/homes or in fancy or exotic locales would be cool. I actually just realized you have some lifestyle photos, but they're not immediately visible; maybe make the thumbnails smaller or find some ways so they'll be visible without clicking through several other images first.
Beyond that, you might be getting good traffic numbers, but you want relevant traffic. Most consumers can't or won't drop that kind of money on a bag on a whim, so do what you can to ensure the people who are clicking and checking out your page are actually ones who can afford to do so - basically you gotta separate out the potential buyers from the wishful dreamers. Facebook ads targeting certain spending levels or liking certain brands, or partnering with blogs that cater to that level of consumption are a start.

I looked at your checkout and see that you only offer cards, Afterpay or PayPal as payment options.
Where are your customers based? Just a thought but if you want to go global, then you might want to use an international payment solution so that your customers can pay how they want to. Granted, cards and PayPal are popular options but I think you’ll see things like eWallets become more common in the next couple of years or so. Maybe check out sb like WorldPay or G2A Pay.

You have a great website and some cool looking products. That's the first step covered. I like Ben's idea of more lifestyle photos. You're a fashion photoghrapher so that's something you should be able to do yourself. If you can't afford to hire models use your family and friends.
I don't currently work in the fashion industry but I have worked in clothing stores and all of my life in retail and marketing.
We also launched our website in November 2016 and it's been quite successful.
With my current business I sell knives and EDC gear but marketing is pretty much the same whatever industry you are in - finding where the customers are and making your store / website and products and prices appealing enough to get them to buy from you.
One thing I found helpful was getting onto the forums that relate to my products (not just Facebook etc). Once there I was able to offer "group buys" (getting 20 plus people to buy at a discounted rate), run competitions by having people sign up for my newsletter, and asking buyers to write a short review of the product on the forum with photos. The group buys are very popular and sometimes we get 40-50 people buying at a time and our products are mostly in the $100 to $1000 price range.
We also announce new products and any other sales, discount coupons and other promotions there as well.
We also submit a sitemap to Google on a regular basis. Our Google rankings are creeping up steadily and many products are now on the first search page. We do this free on Attracta but only use their free tools. I wouldn't pay them....
We also use the free Shopify app called MailChimp to email our customer base. Even if you only get one or two sales from a mailout it's still worth it. It's not like you have to pay for postage.....
My blogs on the website I keep to product and website announcements and I try to put the text first before too many photos or videos. I also try not to ramble on too much which loses peoples attention. One recent blog I posted a PDF product catalog and linked it back to two forums. It brought in 300+ vistors to the site to download that PDF. There's 300 potential customers looking at products we sell.
I see there are fashion forums. Some like the Fashion Spot, Lookbook and Purseblog might be suitable for you.
We've also started doing our own video product reviews on Youtube. We also post the videos on our website.
You are the third fashion website to post on this forum I've seen about lack of sales within a few weeks on here. I know fashion is a tough market (I see local fashion stores going in and out of business regularly) but I see no reason you can't be a success.

With Attracta we only use their free SEO tools. The only thing that is a pain in the ass is having to check back on a regular basis to see if the Site Map needs submitting again.
We also use a Shopify App called
It submits our image Alt Tags to the search engines. It's not perfect either and we have to keep clicking the submit button every so often - even though it has a checkbox to automatically submit every Friday.

I see you're active getting publicity in the press so I guess you're also active offline trying to get exposure at local fashion shows and any similar events? Even if it's just handing out flyers or business cards,
Personally I would have made a bigger deal of that publicity you got. You have tiny little photos of some of it on your site but it's not really visible. You have links back to the sources but not back specifically to the features on your products. All that does is give them extra links but does nothing for you.
