We were wondering if someone could take a look into the matter? Does the item have to be fulfilled even though its fully paid? You see, our unique position is that we're holding a launch date and people are putting pre-orders. Is that the cause of the missing badge?
I'd say it could be that the orders are still "open" and not marked as fulfilled & closed.
Otherwise I'd say just be patient, several of my badges took a few days to show up even thought I had completed them quite a while ago.
