I've had 2 stores shut down without reason just the same message forwarded to everyone it seems. I already know what the third is going to say. My sites were never out publicly to be reviewed or even to be shut down. I was still working on them. There was no risk at all. I thought it was my fault the first time but now I know its shopify! I'm so frustrated with all the time and effort I put into the sites the past 4 months and I don't get anything back! What a waste of time and money. Shopify you have terrible support you should warn people " WE MIGHT SHUT YOU DOWN WITHOUT REASON AND NOT TELL YOU WHY." If there was a risk you should let them know so it wont happen again and again and again. I believe there was no risk that you didn't know how to fix the problem and forward the same risk email to get out of it .I'll surely be warning people of this. You guys are the risk for the people.
