I have lost access to my website.. Bad gateway.

YES! I had to just create a NEW account just to come into the forum to comment because Shopify does not recognize my account or email address.

 

I have spent TWO WEEKS building my store and am near tears that when I PAID FOR MY STORE I now don't have any way to access or work on it! And I couldn't chat from my account or comment on this forum from my PAID account (this is a new account just so I could come here to leave a comment).

 

If anyone is reading this from Shopify my site is griefcode.com

 

I am very disappointed in this experience and am beginning to regret choosing Shopify for my venture. I hope that these types of technical problems aren't what I just signed up and paid for... Since I can't contact anyone thru my actual account - what do I do???

Same here. No access. 

 

Support chat has over 150 people in line, so i'm guessing this is happening for everything. 

 

Not great for us as we just launched a major promotion this morning :(
