A store with that domain name already exists

When attempting to add your domain to your store and the following error appears: 

Hi, I can't link my domain to the site. The domain was purchased 2 days ago by namecheap is currently targeting cloudflare and from there the following data are set

Type Name Content TTL Proxy status  

 

A shoptei.com 23.227.38.65 1 hr DNS only - reserved IP

CNAME www shops.myshopify.com 1 hr DNS only


now when i go to Online Store > Domains > Connect existing domain and write shoptei.com the following error occurs 

I never put this domain on another store because it was bought 2 days ago. When I created my account in shopify I indicated that the domain site will be called that shoptei.com

A store with that domain name already exists

 

Ask for assistance! The domain is mine I paid to Shopify.com I just want to add my domain and load my site so I can work.

Cal here from Shopify, thanks for reaching out to us. I'd be happy to help investigate this issue with your domain. What is the MyShopify URL for the store you are attempting to connect the new domain to? 

I will need to email the account owner's email address on the account, and request a screenshot displaying the domain dashboard and the email address, thus verifying ownership. Something like this: 

As soon as I have the MyShopify URL I will send the account owner the aforementioned email request. Thanks!

Hello! I have attached photos to show that the domain shoptei.com Is my
property. My store in Shopify is the following shoptei.myshopify.com I want
my store to load my domain but it doesn't allow me because it says that it
is used by another site. Please fix the problem.
