ALL emails going to customer junk account

Hi all! 

Help! All of my customer emails are going to their spam/junk folders. I purchased the domain through Shopify and connected it to my G Suite account. I've read all the threads to add this to the DNS settings.....in shopify, right? 

------->    v=spf1 include:shops.shopify.com ~all
 

I referenced this thread, but am still having absolutely no luck. Help!!!!!!

Have you been able to fix this? I'm having the same problem. But from a lot of research, I don't think you're supposed to have 2 separate SPF records, it should all go in the same one.

I merged my SPF records but my emails still go to junk.

If you have custom email with g suite, try adding this on txt register and delete the other two:

Name: @

TXT Value: v=spf1 include:shops.shopify.com include:_spf.google.com ~all

Hi @Never , thanks for your response! But I already have that in my DNS settings and it's not helping unfortunately.
