Straight to the point. Is it possible to include a 10$ Voucher (not a discount code, voucher as a product) in the abandoned cart mail, but only the first time a customer cancels his cart?
- Customer adds product(s) into the shopping cart - The customer does not complete the purchase - Abandoned Cart mail will be sent to the customer with a 10$ voucher * Sometime later* - The customer adds product(s) to the shopping cart again - The customer does not complete the purchase - Abandoned Cart mail will be sent to the customer without a voucher
If adding a 10$ voucher is not possible, how about for each customer a uniquediscount code of 10% which can be used only once per customer?
Is there a way to code any of this (if yes, how?) or is an app a must?
