Today I found out that my account was blocked for no obvious reason. After contacting the support, I was told to wait for up to 72h to receive a feedback. All my further emails with requests for clarification are being ignored. This is really frustrating to be suspended without any notification and having to wait for 3 days just to figure out what was the reason for suspension. Even if there was an issue (which I'm not sure is the case), why not asking for required information to make it resolved before blocking the account? I will have to inform everyone I know to keep from Shopify, and to highlight this case in media, as such actions from their side are not to be tolerated by anyone.
