Account closed after changed my payment information and domain information

i'm very afraid, i have a store since 4 month now, today i wanted to change my card in the payment method, so i replaced my old card and when i changed the card and i changed the information from my domain too, and when i refreshed i couldnt access to my account anymore, all my domain are closed and i can't access to my admin panel too...

i have orders to send, i very afraid to loose all my work, i worked very hard on this store..
