Good afternoon. I recently purchased the basic plan to start up my shop, but once I did I got redirected to a window that said that my shop is unavailable. I tried logging into the store and I am getting the same error message. I am not sure what to do. I tried going to to the contact us section but it prompts me to click an account I have but it will not let me select it, only highlight it.
