Has anyone’s payouts been on hold while Shopify conducts a review...as how long did it take after you send requested documentation to lift the hold.
Only a couple of days so far.. I have PayPal express set up so customers can still checkout for now. I got in touch with customer service via Facebook messenger and they created a ticket so hopefully this gets resolved soon! It just happened out of nowhere! I’ve had the store over a year with no problems until now.
