We saw a reminder of providing extra info to Shopify. But we were not sure what exactly do we need to submit. Then we went to Shopify support for suggestion and help. After the chat, we submitted company registration files and vendor license files. In a few days, account was shut down. We just paid the subscription fee for this month and Shopify closed our account. We still have a few transaction in process and goods in shipment. Not sure the money will come back to our account or go back to customers account. really frustrated!!!
