When I hit "add forwarding email address", nothing happened. When I tried again, the box disappeared. Previously it shows what email it will be forwarded to (my outlook email business account) and that has disappeared as well. Is there anything wrong with the dns settings?
Rewind Feb 2020, the same issue and I've asked assistance to add firstname.lastname@example.org. The shopify guru helped me and added on her end. It's now perfectly working but it doesn't appear on the list though.
Now I would like to add more forwarding email address. But none of it appears and works. Please do help me.
