Add custom offline payment with require field

I would like to know if is possible to add an offline payment that requires to insert a code inside an input filed.

The code needs to be saved inside the order

This is not doable unfortunately, you can maybe create "discount codes" that have specific values if you're selling prepaid cards for examples, other than that not really possible.
