Add text to shipping page

So today I had a customer that was upset that her package did not arrive in 2 days.  She lives one state away an lo and behold the shopping cart tells her first class gets there in 2 days.  How can I add text to say that shipping times are approximate?  She wants me to refund it with no return of product because it was a gift. So now Im out money because Shopify posts times on the shipping selections.

Please help

did you ever figure this out. We have our priority saying one day but often that doesn't happen. they don't blame post office. i want to add a disclaimer that no shipping may take longer due to covid crisis. We have this on our homepage but no where else .
