So today I had a customer that was upset that her package did not arrive in 2 days. She lives one state away an lo and behold the shopping cart tells her first class gets there in 2 days. How can I add text to say that shipping times are approximate? She wants me to refund it with no return of product because it was a gift. So now Im out money because Shopify posts times on the shipping selections.
