Why isn't the Add to Cart button working on my Shopify product pages?

Hi my two product page add to cart buttons are not working.

Product pages are

https://bodvital.store/products/deep-tissue-massage-gun

https://bodvital.store/products/lumbar-back-stretcher-1

Been using Gempages to build the pages, there doesn't seem to be any options in that app either.

Any help would be great thanks.

Hi @mintxo,

I checked your product page, and I can see you are having an email required field in your Product module, and it is conflicting with the embedded contact form.

we should bring this contact form out of the product module then you could check it again to see if it works.

Please try it and let us know how it goes, my friend.

Hi there @mintxo!

Don here from Shopify.

Thanks for sharing your query here on our Community forums.

I'd definitely check out the advice shared by @GemPages above, as third-party apps and services like this are supported by their developers rather than by us here at Shopify so they would be experts in their own service.

If that alone doesn't resolve the issue, could you let me know the name of the theme you're using currently?

Regards,

Don
