Adding schema markup to Shopify product pages seems challenging because I can't just enter the plain-text values to individual pages (i.e. "SKU=x") but rather have to code it into the product template liquid file and refer to the variable "SKU".
Does anyone have a guide they used for this process? I'd rather not use an app because I don't want to bloat the site. I'm very focused on having my site optimized for page load speed.
