Adjust the price of a product / order on the Shopify website under the criterion

I need to implement on the Shopify site the formation of the price of a product / order with VAT (taxes 20%) for an order on the site under the criterion:

for the UK (set by default on the site) the price is shown with taxes immediately taken into account

for example, 595 is seen by a person from UK, everyone else sees a 20% price lower

I understand that it is not difficult to implement this in a script, plus loading info from the IP base (Sypex or Geo ip-api.com  or DaData.ru )

but is there any difficulty then with placing an order on the site (will it transfer information with the correct price and order amount to the database)
