This is Lana from Shopify. I see you're having some issues within the Shopify admin so I wanted to help you out.
When you said you logged in on Apple, were you referring to the Safari browser, or any browser on your Apple device? It sounds like the issue might be related to the cache and cookies on both browsers. Could you test this out by clearing the cache on your Google Chrome browser following these steps here? After you have cleared them, go back to check if you can create a shipping label.
