They can not help us now. receive reply from shopify.
After some investigation I'm sorry to tell you that this is a known issue between Shopify and Google at present.
Colleagues of mine have been in dialogue with Google since early July regarding these URLs being flagged as malicious. These are Shopify's own URLs and I can assure you that these are not malicious links. We hope that Google will provide a resolution soon, but I can't give you any timeframe as I'm afraid we really are waiting for them to solve this issue.
I can tell you that this issue certainly isn't isolated to your store. It is affecting many merchants at present. As such, it's of significant priority and we are actively encouraging Google to produce a resolution as quickly as possible. Fingers crossed this is resolved soon.
I'm following this issue closely at present. As soon as there's any news I will let you know.
I am facing the same situations right now!
Google ad campaign disproved due to "malicious or unwanted software." Contacted Google support, the rep told me my case had been escalated and that I would receive clarification. 2 days later (today), I got a response back from the rep saying that our website had been put through manual review, and that our site was compromised. There was no clarification on where the issue lies - he ended his message with the following:
"The shopify site itself has become compromised and cannot be used as a landing page for Google Ads. Due to this you will need to reach out to shopify to see what can be done about the issues with your store through them."
I will undoubtedly continue to push for a better explanation, we obviously never installed any malicious code on our site, but since we are using many 3rd party apps, this may be a possible source of issues? Can other who have managed to resolve this issue share your experiences?
