I've had a shopify website for two years and get regular traffic to my website. I sell most of my products wholesale and I would really like to increase the amount of online sales my website generates.

I post regulary to Instagram and Facebook and I have recently been doing Facebook Ads which has helped grow my reach. I'm also sending out bi-monthy newsletters with offers within them.

I'm getting regular orders but despite me focusing more of my time trying to generate more sales, i'm not getting a huge increase in orders.

I would love to receive any pointers on how I can improve my website/marketing so I can generate more sales.

Thanks very much.

Hello TeaHuggers,

Essentially, we need to increase your ROI (Return On Investment). To know exactly what specific steps you need to take moving forward, we would first need to interpret the historical tracking data you already have.

  • Is there an issue with your site?
  • Is there are problem with the ad copy?
  • Is it the landing page

What need insights from the data to be certain.

I will gladly do an audit of your website and Facebook page for free to see exactly what is going on and give you a great starting point

Hi,

Wholesale is way different than online regular sales. The relationship between your online store and customer are just trust and comittment. my personal experience when buying online is I try to see if merchant really in the game for long or have any physical existance or just another home based store.

I would change my contact page and make my location more visible to gain trust of customer that yes we do exists in real world. A simple store location app would like http://apps.shopify.com/store-locator-by-appiversal/ helps

hope this helps

Thanks

Hi,

I agree with Phix. You need to establish trust with your audience. If you don't have a physical store, you may use your home address instead. That will give more visitors a feeling that you're real.

Try to add more collections and it could be better if you do remarket, like by reaching your product info to your customers through by mail or you can do AdWords display campaign for remarketing. Add unique and most selling products to your website so that users should love to buy from you. And try to promo code or coupon code or offers also be plus point to increase the sale

for more details, you can look for the better service who can do better marketing to improve your sales.
