Hello, I am having an issue with a specific problem and I hope someone can help. I am trying to refund an item and I received and error message saying the following: Access to OffAmazonPayments.Refund is denied
The entire dialogue is as follows:
Gateway Amazon Pay Status failure

This error typically occurs if your Shopify account isn’t authorized to refund orders in your Amazon Seller Central account. In order to resolve this issue, you will need to authorize and configure your Shopify Admin email as a user within your Amazon Seller Central.
