Hi! Does it affect your business if you have an angry emoji in your facebook page with your website in it? And this person thinks that the website is a spam. I'm very new to this ecommerce and I just tried to promote my website on facebook.

Emojis, along with any other text in your social media posts, can be evaluated for sentiment.

 

An angry face does have a negative ranking but the entire post is going to be evaluated (more on emojis here: http://kt.ijs.si/data/Emoji_sentiment_ranking/).

Engagement on social media is a good thing, I think offering customer service through those channels is great since prospective customers can see how you handle customer objections. Even negative comments can be used to your benefit.
