Any company that specialized in helping stores get on IG Shopping?

I’m completely losing my mind right now. Facebook and Shopify have been zero help I’m getting my pixel resolved so I can upload my products from my Shopify store to the Facebook page using pixel in the Facebook catalog manager. I just see the pixel that both fb and Shopify assure me is working correctly over and over again that is greyed out and listed as ‘not ready’ this is the 3rd page and 3rd pixel I’ve done this with and each time I’ve waited 48 hours to over a week for it to be ready. Still no solution. On top of that it disabled my new ig account for no apparent reason. I need a solution. I hope some of you have some suggestions on how to resolve this.

also there is no way to contact you via your website fyi. I'm actually thinking now that you won't be able to help anyone if you don't even have anyway to contact you on your own website. That seems like commerce 101

I've found the email address and phone number work perfectly fine. I know I don't have contact details on my website, that's why I didn't direct you to my website. Best of luck with your issue.

Your email address has been rejected by Google's server as being potential spam. That's the issue.

I'm not using a google server, or gmail. so no it isn't. your email isn't working. if you want clients I would suggest fixing it

I know you're not, I am however. Google is rejecting your email. I'm not interested in your suggestions. Good luck with your issue.
