Any way to speak on the phone to customer service?

One of THE LARGEST positives to using Shopify was the ability to call, any time, and get actual help from someone on the phone.  Is this no longer an option?  If not, we are going to seriously consider switching platforms.

I am also unable to schedule a callback... I need to speak to a shopify guru. How can I do this? No, the forums will not help me.

I've tried and tried and Shopify has completely removed any ability to speak to a human. Their services has steadily dwindled to non-existent these past 3 months. This platform is a huge let down.

I find it incredibly disappointing that they went from being #1 in helpfulness, to this.  How could they ever expect a positive response from making that move? Having the option to call and speak english to a human being 24/7 about any issue my store may have was THE selling point on having my business run on shopify.  Just amazing to me that they would take this option away.
