I have downloaded loox and a couple more apps but now there not showing on my store i keep getting error product liquid code messages any suggestions?

Karlie here from the Shopify Support Team! If you're using some third party apps and these apps are having issues or are causing errors, then I would recommend reaching out directly to the app developer of the apps you've used. 

To contact the app developer:

  • Log into your Shopify Admin
  • Go to 'Apps' from your left-hand sidebar
  • Next to the app's name, click on 'Get Support'
  • Enter any questions or inquiries you have into the contact window
  • Click 'Send Message
  • By doing this, your message is sent directly to the app developer so they can get back to you

Another option would be to find the app page in the Shopify App Store, here. Then use the 'Support' section of the app page to reach out to the app developer. Shopify Support cannot assist with any third party apps due to custom coding, but the app developer should be able to help look into any questions you have.
